I woke up yearning to play with my food. Yes, I made one single raviolilo. True Grubbers will remember when I made flower-shaped spinach ravioli. Obviously I’m crazy so I had to make whatever this was. Can you tell I liked doing crafts as a kid? Let’s just say I was the one starting the scoubidous for everyone (iykyk) P.S. the cloudy winter lighting ain’t it. P.P.S. the cut dough said 😱P.P.P.S. why are you still reading this?

For the filling
Instructions
Mix flour (⅔ cup) and a pinch of salt, then mix in spinach purée (⅔ cup), egg (1 large), and olive oil (¾ tsp) to form a dough.
Chill dough for an hour in the fridge.
Roll out and cut out three identical pieces for each ravioli. Use a knife to slice one top piece vertically and one horizontally.
Carefully weave the strands together.
Mix ricotta (⅕ cup) and parmesan (3 Tbsp) for the filling and place in the center of base pieces.
Fit woven pieces on top. Boil for 2 minutes then finish on a pan with butter (2 Tbsp) and parmesan (3 Tbsp).
Then eat it but mostly take pictures of it.
