Honey and Cinnamon Caramelized Banana Galette

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 °F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out puff pastry (1 sheet) slightly and place it on the baking sheet.
Cut each banana (2) into three pieces the long way and lay slices on the pastry, leaving a 1 inch border.
Drizzle honey, sprinkle cinnamon (to taste), then add sugar last for caramelization.
Gently fold the edges of the pastry over the bananas.
Lightly brush the pastry edges with olive oil and add more sugar.
Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and caramelized.
Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
