Chocolate Banana Bread Cake with Vanilla Buttercream Frosting

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 °F and grease pan.
Mash bananas (4) in a bowl with a fork.
Mix in sugar (½ cup), oil (⅔ cup), and vanilla extract (1 tsp) until well combined.
Sift flour (1 ½ cups), baking soda (½ tsp), baking powder (1 tsp), and salt (1 pinch) directly into the bowl. Fold gently into the wet ingredients until just combined.
Pour batter into the prepared pan and gently tap to remove air bubbles.
Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
While baking, mix powdered sugar (1 cup), vanilla extract, and milk (2 Tbsp) until frosting forms.
Cool, then remove from the pan. Use a cup to cut out two circles.
Spread frosting on one round, stack the other cake, and then frost the second round. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
